Shipping and Payment

The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver exclusively to the following countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary.

For orders placed from outside the Federal Republic of Germany (within the European Union), the value added tax applicable in the respective country from which the order is placed applies.

Our flat shipping rate is EUR 4.90 within Germany and EUR 6.90 to Austria (incl. VAT).
Shipping is free for orders with a gross merchandise value of 50 euros or more for Germany and 100 EUR or more for Austria.

For Switzerland, the shipping fee is EUR 12 (incl. VAT).
For all other countries listed above, the shipping fee is EUR 13.90 (incl. VAT).
Shipping to these countries is free for orders over EUR 300.

Please note that deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. The amount of these charges varies depending on the country and the value of the goods. For more detailed information, please contact the relevant customs authorities in the recipient country.

You can choose to pay in advance (bank transfer) or via our service provider PayPal with its other payment options credit card or direct debit .
